Our Purpose

We propose to use our time, skills, and resources to build sustainable Joint Replacement Programin Low and Middle-Income Countries focusing on local doctors treating patients in their own communities year-round

Our Focus

  • Continued support and collaborations with Signature Orthopedics in our efforts to design implants to optimize Function, Performance & Durability

•Focusing on simplicity & economy with FDA-approved implants of proven design

•Simplified robust instruments, small sterilization pans

  • Identifying hospitals and orthopedic training programs that are suitable for long-term program development

​

  • Identifying local surgeons to mentor and advise

​

  • Identifying orthopedic residents or surgeons who are candidates for in-depth training, including one-year fellowships for young surgeons and shorter mini fellowships for established surgeons

​

  • Building our partnerships through long-term commitments, infrastructure support and data collection and analysis

​​

  • Raising funds through donations, grants, and the local community industry and government for ongoing support of the programs
